Apply 2-3 pumps of Detox Body Oil to the area of treatment.
Begin your massage near the lymph nodes closest to your torso, such as the neck, armpits, behind the knees, & groin. Angle your massage tool to contour the body part, applying light pressure, and always massage toward your heart or the nearest lymph node.
For arms, massage from hands to armpits; for legs, from feet to groin; for face and neck, massage downward to collarbones.
Use your massage tool to apply gentle stroking rhythmic movements, repeating each stroke 5-7 times. Follow this sequence: neck and face, arms and hands, torso, legs, and feet.
