How to use

Apply 2-3 pumps onto a cotton pad. Gently sweep it over your face and closed eyes, avoiding harsh rubbing. For water-resistant eye makeup, hold the solution-soaked cotton pad on the area for 5 seconds to let the micelles dissolve the makeup before gently wiping away. Repeat as needed.
