I tried their conditioner in a hotel in Rome and loved it, so I ordered 2. I live in Alaska so I am used to shipping taking awhile. I receive an email and phone call from the company saying my package has been stuck in Seattle for awhile, and they were unsure why, but they expedited me a conditioner to hold me over until the others arrived. For free. I have never had a company pay such close attention to a shipment after it’s already shipped! Incredible company. Love the conditioner for my wavy hair.
